Send the questionnaire
Locarisk emails each applicant a personal, secure link. Residential and commercial questionnaires are fully separate.
Applicants complete the form
A friendly, step-by-step wizard walks them through each section. They can upload supporting documents as they go.
Receive the score
Once all applicants have submitted, the scoring engine runs automatically. You see a score from 0–100 with a full breakdown.
